Landmark Title Fernandina Office

There are many 5-star reviews of Landmark Title and Abbey Selvidge. After closing on the sale of my home yesterday I can earnestly say that they are all very accurate and well deserved. The one minor issue we had with an estoppel letter got cleared up quickly because Abbey got right on it. While on the surface this was a minor issue, it was one of those things that can delay closing if it is not handled right away.

We have worked with Abbey and Landmark Title on several occasions. ALWAYS the entire team has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. Navigating legal situations is never easy but we were immediately put at ease and could not have been more comfortable having their guidance and assistance. We very highly recommend this team professionally and you couldn’t meet nicer people!! Thanks so much!

I would highly recommend Abbey and Landmark Title. Abbey was easy to work with. She was professional and very quick to respond to any question I had. She kept me up to date on the process from beginning to end. 5 stars for sure!
