We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My son has special needs, so medical procedures can sometimes be stressful and overwhelming for him, but the entire staff went above and beyond to make him feel safe and comfortable. Every single person we encountered, from the office staff and nurses to the anesthesiologists and doctors, was welcoming, patient, compassionate, and incredibly kind. They took their time with him, explained everything to me clearly, and never made us feel rushed. They even brought him little toys and found small ways to make the experience easier and more comfortable for him, which meant so much to me as his mom. It can be difficult finding medical professionals who truly understand that children with special needs may require a little extra patience and care, and I genuinely felt like everyone here understood that. I felt completely comfortable trusting them with my son. What could have been a very stressful day ended up being such a positive experience because of the people who cared for him. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team and would absolutely recommend them, especially to other parents of children with special needs. ❤️
We had to take our seven year-old granddaughter here to have some teeth removed, some filled, some capped. They gave her anesthesia to do the dental surgery. Everybody was friendly. Everything went great. The dentist and nurse involved with our granddaughter had her laughing before the procedure. And they regularly updated us as the procedure was happening. Which was appreciated. I think we were more filled with anxiety and nervous than the seven-year-old was. I guess I forgot to take any photos. Bummer.
Absolutely the very, very BEST for parents & children who have God's blessing of autism. We felt so understood. And everyone was so good with our son! Nurse Victoria was amazing, she kept him entertained while Dr.s were speaking to us. Dr. Collins the anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing, amazing!! Nurse Victoria was phenomenal.. Dr.Gabler was so informative, professional understanding easy to speak to.. She was the best oral surgeon I've ever met. I would suggest this office surgical Center to any of my family or friends!.. I would absolutely come here again and again and again..
The entire staff was amazingand friendly. They treated us with the best care. My son is on the spectrum and they loved and cared for him as if he was one of their own. Very patient and understanding with him. The entire visit was truly a wonderful experience.
Lakeside Dental Surgery provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, well maintained, and immediately gave me confidence that my son was in good hands. Every member of the team we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Dr. Robert Weaver, Dr. Collins with anesthesia, and RN Kaylee P. were especially wonderful. They were transparent about every aspect of the care and treatment plan, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As a mother who works in healthcare and has extensive knowledge of healthcare practices, I had many questions about emergency preparedness, routines, and safety processes. The team answered everything clearly and confidently, which gave me a great deal of reassurance. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was made so much easier because of their patience, communication, and professionalism. Most importantly, they were incredibly patient and kind with my 3-year-old son. I truly appreciated the care, kindness, and attention they provided, and I would highly recommend Lakeside Dental Surgery.
