  Needed to find a dentist in the local area. Tried another Dental office first and it was a slick outfit. This Dental office , dentist and his assistance were fantastic. The reason i am not giving this five stars (5) is the lady at the front office and the practice on how they do the paper work is unprofessional. After the Dentist diagnosed the dental issue she came in wth the paper work. This is where they need to get professional and not think the patent is gong to run out of the office and not pay the bill. First proposal had no discounts or the dental plan which all dental offices are pitching to keep the dental cost down, when you have no dental insurance. Had to ask for a military discount. Then the paper work cameback with full disclosure. This is where it got really weird as being in the dental chair with a bib around my neck. I had to get my credit card out to pay before they could move forward. I asked if i could pay after the dentist completed the work. I wonder how many patient get up out of the chair and run out of the office and not pay? REALLY….. the office person said normally you pay before you go back but…. My rebuttal to that is you have no way of knowing what is really going on until the dentist diagnoses your dental issue. Let’s get professional and allow the patient to pay at the desk and not in the chair! The comment or excuse is this is a “corporation dental office” and this is how things are done. Been going to a dentist for more than 50 years and this is not how things are done. Very pleased with the honesty of the dentist and his assistance in getting my problem resolved. Great Work. Don’t need to discuss my review, as you have to fix your front office practices and make the new patient feel welcome and relaxed. Take care of your front office staff and procedures!!!!!
