After being mislead by other service departments, I was recommended to Lafel's Garage. My experience from the phone conversation to the end result was amazing. Once again another great experience. After being told I needed rotors and brakes for $1,000 total. I brought my car to Lafel’s and they recommended I get pads but my rotors are fine. They saved me a lot of money. The only thing I will say is they moved locations the address on Google is not correct. I called them and they are on 5950 Richard LN, Jacksonville, FL 32216.

These guys are true professionals. My husband's Infiniti has been to 3 garages on Amelia Island, FL and 2 Infiniti dealerships in Jacksonville over the past 6 months. 🤯 Each dealership charging diagnostics and repairing something, but never completely addressing the full issue. The car was left with each garage for 2 - 4 weeks. My husband was ready to give up but called one last garage. Lafel's ; He said "I've been on the phone with Luca, and these guys know what they're talking about". So we dropped off the car. Two weeks later...We picked up the Infiniti good as new! It was a very complicated electrical issue that no other garage was able to diagnose. Car has optimal power and performance now! Lafel's mechanics and staff are honest, thorough and worked efficiently to diagnose and repair the car. Don't hesitate to bring your car here. They will be taking care of our cars now!
