La-Z-Boy Fleming Island

We found Brandon to be knowledgeable about the product we wanted; namely a recliner with a comfortable yet firm feel; easy to use and high back to provide a sturdy head rest. He accommodated our questions, no high pressure sales tactics and gave us the space to make our decision. We are excited to receive this Pinnacle Power recliner and enjoy its luxury (to us) features. Thank you, Brandon.

This is not our first purchase with La-Z-Boy, and I'm sure it won't be our last. I was thrilled to see Dia, an amazing and knowledgeable sales assoctiate, working when I took my elderly dad to purchase a new recliner. She was patient as he tried many options, and she showed us varying chairs throughout the store to ensure he was choosing the one he liked and that worked best for him. The purchasing process was simple, and he can't wait for the chair to be delivered.

For the past 30 years, I’ve always bought my chairs and sofas from La-Z-boys. I’ve never been disappointed with product quality or service. On this occasion, I was looking for a new living room chair and Ms. Cindy at the Fleming Island store helped me find the perfect one. Thanks for all your help and research, Ms. Cindy!!!
