L2P Builders

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Oran Phillips and the L2P Builders team on several projects over the past few years, and I can confidently say their work is top notch. Oran’s attention to detail and the level of care he shows his clients really set him apart. His team consistently focuses on doing things the right way rather than cutting corners, which is something you don’t always see. On renovation projects, any field issues or changes are handled collaboratively with a true win-win mindset, all while keeping the impact to the client as minimal as possible. It’s always a great experience working together, and I highly recommend Oran and L2P Builders for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and professionalism.

Structural beam replacing a load bearing wall: I was referred to L2P Builders, Oran, to remove a load bearing wall for my kitchen remodel. From the start to the end, Oran provided confidence and knowledge that the job could be done. tldr; Oran is amazing, trustworthy, and will be called for my next job! Rules and regulations required for permitting were elusive for this level of DIY, but Oran helped me understand the flow, what to submit, and what was needed so that his team could begin their part of the job. His patience could be summarized as legendary, and not once did I sense frustration. Once all paperwork was complete, Oran and his team went to work, on the date and time promised. Better yet, the job was completed on the same day, faster than promised. The same crew that installed the beam cleaned up their debris, swept the house and the driveway. I felt they were going to mop if I had t stopped them. Everyone was incredibly professional, active, always in motion, and the beam looks perfect! I cannot express enough satisfaction for having Oran on my project, and I will certainly be calling him again on future projects!

And they rearranged my closet door, added a new window and door to my master, making it a wonderful relaxing retreat. Here is a photo of the bathroom before all my decorations are in.
