Attempted to order a custom cake six days ago- sent the information via Whatsapp. Got one initial WhatsApp message six days ago that sounded automated, saying she would try to get back to me within 24-48hrs. Then she liked one of my messages. Then absolutely no response since. I’ve been calling/leaving voicemails, messaging on instagram, WhatsApp messaging over the past 6 days just to simply confirm the order. No response. The thing with WhatsApp is you can see when the person reads the message- she read every message, just decided to ignore me. I called a different company today- spoke to a real human, confirmed all of the custom cake order details in one 10min phone call. There’s plenty of other options in Jacksonville, no need to wait around for someone that isn’t interested in their own business.
