This has been my primary care doctor since 2018. I do not go often as I tend to lean toward the homeopathic approach, but I also use common sense and make an appointment when necessary. Such as this morning, when I had an extreme cough, fever, etc and really needed to see a doctor to get my cough under control. I have asthma and it’s dangerous if I don’t. When I called to make an appointment the receptionist stated it is this office’s policy to deny a patient an appointment if an allotted period of time has gone by without being seen. Furthermore, my doctor now has the option of reviewing my chart and dropping me if she chooses to do so. I was referred to the ER or urgent care. I was also told I would get a call back and never did. What kind of doctor’s office is this? This is shameful and not what a doctor takes an oath to do. I will never be back.
