⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my 2024 Lexus RX 350h detailed by KR Works, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kris took care of significant paint contamination and countless black specks that were present when the vehicle was delivered to me by the dealership. From the moment I arrived, Kris was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. His attention to detail was exceptional, and the results exceeded my expectations. The paint is now incredibly smooth, glossy, and looks the way a new Lexus should have looked from day one. What impressed me most was the pride Kris takes in his work. He wasn’t focused on simply getting the job done—he was focused on getting it done right. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of every vehicle that leaves his shop. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, I highly recommend KR Works. Kris does outstanding work, and I won’t hesitate to return for future detailing services.
Kris did an amazing job on my Porsche Turbo S convertible. It looks BETTER than new! If you're in the Jacksonville area, he is the ONLY guy to see to protect and beautify your ride. Thank you Kris! Follow up review: True to his word, Kris replaced a section of film (not due to film or installation failure) AT NO COST. It took about an hour and it looks fantastic! It is good to know someone like Kris at KR Works that you can trust to protect your car and make make it look great at the same time!
Kris did full PPF and ceramic coating on the wheels and seats of my 26’ M3. The best in town and easy to work with. He has done work for many of my friends and now mine.
Kris did a great job with the wrap on the front of my truck. My truck had a paint issue which caused part of the wrap to start to peel off. Without hesitation, Kris redid the piece at no charge when he very understandably could have charged me for that. He was great in working with my schedule and got me done quickly. I would highly recommend.
Kris is a real one… in a world full of business owners looking to cut corners or not stand behind their work, Kris went above and beyond to make sure our needs, as his customer, were put ahead of his own time and profit. We brought a brand new Cadillac EV SUV to Kris with the goal of having him wrap it in a different color PPF across pretty much the entire vehicle. He ordered the product, began the install, sent us update photos after a full day’s work, and then came the disappointing news…. He was not satisfied with the product, its adhesion to our vehicle, and had to painfully explain to us that we wouldn’t be satisfied with the long-term outcome of what appeared to be beautiful work. In the end, Kris, put our needs first, ate a full day’s worth of work and material costs, just to make sure he could stand behind the work he was doing and to ensure our long-term happiness wasn’t jeopardized. While it’s odd to be singing his praises without having things work out the way we had initially hoped, I am thankful for a business owner like Kris, that won’t sacrifice the quality of his work for a quick payday. In a world full of businesses focused on profit, it’s refreshing to hear a business owner put your long term needs first, to the point of losing time and money, because he cares that much about the service and product he stands behind and puts his name on. We will 100% bring any car we want detailed and protected to Kris without a 2nd thought, knowing he puts the needs of his customers first.
