They forced me to pay for 100%of the bond, in cash, then when I was incarcerated, they were ordered to give me the bond money back on February 26th, 2025 but could not produce the $97,500 they owed me until the end of May 2026, which meant they kept me from being able to hire an attorney to represent me so I had to plead guilty while they added a gunstore to their corporate diversification. How they sleep at night knowing what they did to me...I will never know...onky under threat that I woukd sue them and they knew I did have products liability attorneys that actually did take a keen eye at what they had done and even got their assurity company involved when they failed to produce the bond they were ordered to pay back...only when I sent a letter to the judge, notifying her that they had kept my money...and we were 48 hours from seeing Brittany the Bondawoman charged with grand theft charges and failing to follow an order of the court...did these folks figure out how to cough up what was rightfully mine. I could not even get these users to answer the phone for me as I called and called for 5 months from inside the Duval County lock up...they just thought they were going to be able to keep my money and screw me over... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
When I was in county I called them and Brittany was professional polite and very understanding to my situation she had me out literally in less than 30 minutes!!!! She is amazing I recommend them to anyone cause the really are there and answer your call when you need them the most with a kind voice that makes you just feel like you're in the right hands a big thank you for taking such a big risk on Me I promise to be at court
