Koopman Concepts had a small crew and so you get to know everyone personally. They built an addition onto my home so it was a large scale project. It included two bathrooms, a new glass stair rail, a bedroom, and a sun room. They were very trustworthy and showed up on time. If I had any concerns, they were always addressed. Any unresolved issues were managed with a thoughtful approach to the problem in question. The whole team went above and beyond to repair some minor issues in my home even when it was not part of the original contract. I have rehired for several projects and would hire them again in the future.
Koopman Concepts is one of the best GCs we have had the pleasure to work with. Professional, organized, knowledgeable and extremely passionate about delivering on customer commitments. We look forward to working with them again!
We used Koopman Concepts to build out a shower in our upstairs guest bath, lay new tile we had picked out and oversee our plumber and painter until the bathroom was complete. We are so happy with our new bathroom!
Koopman Concepts went beyond my expectations! They were professional and courteous with a keen eye for detail. I’m so happy with my new closet!! ❤️ Would totally recommend and will use again for my next project!
This morning, a Koopman Concepts company truck was weaving in and out of stopped school buses and nearly hit my car in the process. This behavior was reckless and completely unacceptable, especially around children. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Get up earlier to arrive on time so you don't put other lives in danger. I strongly suggest they provide their drivers with additional training on Florida driving laws — and some basic common sense.
