Super unprofessional. Been waiting for my order all of November so far . Order was marked as picked up on November 11th. I have still yet to receive a solid update. Today I was told it was shipped last week . Mind you I never selected shipping. Not worth the run around. Hold your sanity n just shop elsewhere. Never experienced this from ANY other print shop in duval county .
