Not only did they meet each challenge, but they far exceeded our expectations by providing our 60-year-old home with a fresh and contemporary look, all within our budget. The owner and contractor, Kevin Fitzgerald, brings a rare blend of engineering expertise and superior communication skills. He provided us with numerous renovation ideas and suggestions while constantly keeping us informed of construction timelines and updates. Superior quality, customer care, and exceptional performance are hallmarks of KMS Systems. I would highly recommend their services!

It was a pleasure working with Kevin to chose my new windows. His crew of 3 very knowledgeable men were respectful of me and my property. I give Kevin (KMS Systems) and the crew a 5 star rating and recommend them to anyone who wants a good job for a great price.Thank you KMS Systems for make my home beautiful.

KMS build my patio/porch cover. They did an excellent job and the finished p[roduct is high quality. They paid careful attention to the facia of my house and handled the rain run-off. Despite speed bumps from city permitting, and a required new survey of the property; they patiently helped through every step of the project. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for permanent, outdoor patio covering.
