I hired KIS Consult in 2022 to obtain ITIN numbers for my children. Nearly four years later, the process is still unresolved. Throughout this period, there were multiple mistakes in the handling of our case, several of which were acknowledged in writing by different employees through emails and WhatsApp messages. As staff members left the company, new employees took over and repeatedly apologized for the way the case had been managed. While IRS processing times can certainly be longer in some situations, two independent tax professionals have confirmed to me that a process of this nature should not remain unresolved for almost four years. Even accounting for government delays, this timeline is far beyond what would be considered reasonable. The most frustrating aspect was the complete lack of proactive follow-up. On numerous occasions, I had to contact the company myself after long periods without any update. I was also very disappointed by the conduct of Camila Ceni. She had not been directly involved in the case throughout these years, but when she finally intervened, her first action was to call me in a highly defensive and confrontational tone after I raised a legitimate concern about the prolonged delay, instead of acknowledging the problems and focusing on a solution. I was equally disappointed by the CEO, who initially assured me that he would personally oversee the matter, but later stopped responding to my calls and messages altogether. When I requested a refund, the company denied any responsibility despite the fact that several of their own employees had previously acknowledged mistakes in the handling of the case. My experience with KIS Consult has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional service that requires diligence, organization, accountability, and transparent communication.
Our entire neighborhood had faulty stucco which nobody here knew until the KIS representative came around. Needless to say we were skeptical when approached but upon doing a little research into Pulte homes we decided to take a chance on KIS and what they offered. They were easy to work with, steered us to a great law office that handled everything at no upfront expense to us. Our house was painted last week by another wonderful company. We would definitely tell you to go for it if you’re approached by KIS. It was a great, easy, thorough process from beginning to end.
We weren’t sure if anything was actually wrong with our house, but our neighbors told us about their experience and recommended it. So Robert came out and walked us through everything. Really appreciated how honest and thorough he was.
