We found a floor lamp we loved online at the Kirklands in Mandarin. But their inventory was off, not in stock. Mike called the Fleming Island store, who had one and held it for us. The sales person in Fleming Island was super helpful as well. One small downside, didn't notice the switch knob was missing until we got home. Still, excellent customer service at both stores!
Went to shop,but they have so much candles or something that's takes your breath away.had to walk right back out,Not everyone can take all that smelly stuff just to strong.i really wanted to look around 😔🥺
Stoped in today…..KRISTINA took SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME!!! She has AMAZING customer service! She greeted me, asked if I needed help AND invited me to return!!! Her type of customer service MAKES me return!!!
Overall, this store is pleasant to shop in. Normally, I'm greeted when I enter and exit. Tonight, the gentleman in the store didn't do either. I understand that it was close to closing time, but personal pleasantries are always timely. Plus, this is YOUR store. Welcoming guests makes them want to return. This guy was clearly more interested in his phone and going home than anything else. Kirklands, please do better.
I was just there at the Kirkland’s in Fleming Island and a young lady with black hair was following me around the store. I am African American and told her to stop doing that it was rude and ignorant. I love Kirklands and shop here often but will never come back to this store and will tell my friends
