Excellent walk along the peaceful river. Great place to walk the dog, they have thoughtfully placed dog poop stations every 1/10 mile! That’s excellent! There are a few park benches at the end of the walk near where the free parking is located. This is very beautiful for photo taking! The old piers and docks make breathtaking photos even on a cloudy day like it was when I visited. There are no restroom, so make sure to take care of this before you arrive! Property is supremely cared for and the grass is well maintained. Use caution near seawall, as the ground is quite uneven and there are no rails/fence, you could easy topple into the river. I highly recommend this place for a nice walk & peaceful time!
It's beautiful, plenty of parking in the morning time, it was cold, that's why not a lot of people showed up, I was primarily here for the sunrise, 7:21am,
Beautiful view with 3 benches that offer the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. The sidewalk extends from Kingsley all the way past Wells road. Pet friendly with pet stations along the way, lots of grassy space for a picnic. My favorite place to walk.
This is a hidden gem of Orange Park. Very quiet very scenic everyone is civilized. Looking at the buckman bridge is much better than driving on it. As the movie Happy Gilmore says find your own happy place. 😆
A very beautiful, relaxing and quiet place. Perfect for reading, meditation and long walks. Also a great place to have lunch or even a picnic. I personally love arriving in the morning to see the sun rise.
