Kingdom Management

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Kingdom Management has been extremely disappointing. As a homeowner, I pay significant HOA dues, yet I see very little evidence that those funds are being used to maintain or improve our community. One of the most concerning issues is the condition of the neighborhood playground. The equipment has visible rust holes, and a child has already been injured as a result. The protective ground covering is poorly maintained, with grass growing through it, creating additional safety concerns. Meanwhile, the only area that appears consistently maintained is the landscaping around the neighborhood entrance sign. I am also disappointed by how my account was handled while I was deployed overseas serving in the military. Rather than attempting to contact me by phone or email regarding an HOA issue, Kingdom Management sent my account directly to collections, resulting in additional attorney fees and unnecessary expenses. When I questioned this decision, I was told that they were only required to send a single notification by mail. Given today’s communication options, this response demonstrated a lack of consideration and customer service. A management company is entrusted with maintaining and improving the community while serving the interests of its residents. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The lack of responsiveness, inadequate property maintenance, and unwillingness to work with homeowners have left me frustrated and deeply disappointed. I cannot recommend Kingdom Management based on my experience, and I sincerely hope they take meaningful steps to improve how they serve the communities that rely on them.

7/3/25 This management company and HOA are an absolute abuse of power. They pick on certain home owners while ignoring others. They do not respond to communication as many others reviews have mentioned. Response to owner kingdom Management 7/11/25. You still have not answered my question on what exactly you see wrong with the grass in this photograph nor have you answered any of my multiple emails on this subject. I never received a letter in may I make it a point to answer all your letters promptly because your abuse of power and lack of communication in response to my inquiries via email. I see you will answer via google so until I get a proper communication from you I will continue to email you. I'm also getting my congressman, councilman, and the better business bureau involved since its apparent abuse of power from my personal experience and those from the other reviews present on yelp and google.

ZERO STAR IS OPTION WAS AVAILABLE!! PLEASE READ ALL, AS THIS IS NO JOKE AND CURRENTLY HAPPENING HOA shifted to Kingdom Management, and it has been a nightmare -Was told by the BOD to update our mailing address due to be on Military order on the online portal (we did), Kingdom would not honor this and rejected it (have the screen capture to prove). -Wife and I contacted Kingdom via phone multiple times to give them our updated address, they never updated it. -Was given notice early 2026 (on FB page), that more than 60 homes in our community were delinquent, so we called to verify our status. Never were given a notice of delinquency, or anything official in the mail. Paid all dues to bring everything current (all payments accepted by Kingdom). NOTE: Kingdom has not sent us any official mail on anything. -Received an official letter in the mail today for lien and potential foreclosure (a week after Kingdom Accepted payment for dues, in full). Bottom line, Kingdom created a problem that did not exist. Kingdom failed to update our mailing address on multiple occasions (have shown them proof of this, which has gone ignored). Now in a vicarious position due to Kingdom's gross negligence in properly notifying an Active-Duty homeowner (on Military orders), of any HOA delinquency. Obtaining legal counsel first thing tomorrow due to the gross negligence that Kingdom has shown in their first year. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY CREATE PROBLEMS AND TAKE YOU MONEY, WHILE STILL REPORTING YOU!

I submitted an ARB request for trees removal on my property, and it was approved in less than a week. They answered all of my questions and provided the information I needed throughout the process. Thank you for making it such a smooth and efficient experience. I am proud to be a resident of Hunters Ridge.
