Real estate transaction with 2 contingencies totally mishandled. VERY poor/non- existent communication between them, my agent and/or me (buyer). Survey ordered w/o my knowledge or consent way too early. Deal fell through. Left me paying $350 for a survey that was worthless to me since closing didnt happen. Not sure but think there was a personal relationship between this office, the seller and or sellers agent. Maybe not the most ethical handling of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Sarah is wonderful. Handled all my real estate transactions with ZERO problems. And I have done serval transactions over the years with her. Highly recommended.
