Everyone was kind, patient, and efficient. From the beginning when I came in 15 minutes late, the receptionist was personable and I ŵ welcoming! Shortly thereafter, I was evaluated by two of the staff technicians, both of whom were friendly and professional. Even when my diminished hearing necessitated my initial examiner to check that I understood my instructions from her, she was tolerant of my need for her to repeat herself and the instructions to me! The next examiner was especially kind and friendly as well as very competent! Dr Reardon then began to examine my eyes and was very thorough while at the same time comforting and gentle. The Dr then explained her findings and discussed my options. It would difficult to imagine a more positive initial visit and I hope to remain a patient of Dr Reardon.

I’ve seen Kimberly a few times and she has been great. Very satisfied with her care program and expertise. Everyone in the office I dealt with has always been extremely helpful and professional. I Highly recommend het and the entire practice.

Dr. Riordan has been so easy and patient to work with. My daughter has a disability which sometimes requires extra time and patience which Dr Riordan offers without any thought. She is also cognizant of cost and works whenever possible to provide excellent care with favorable cost. I would recommend Dr Riordan to everyone.

Dr. Kimberly Riordan has given me tremendous relief from my dry eye. During my first visit she changed my drops (prior doctors have prescribed). The two new drops were a life changer! I also opted to have Lipiflow treatment. She has a great bedside manner and is fantastic! I highly recommend her and was initially recommended to their office from Mayo Clinic.
