I had an excellent experience using Kimball Pump Service. He rebuilt my well and pump. He not only saved me money, he did a beautiful job. I’m using him again to have some other things done to my plumbing. I’ll definitely will add a final review once he’s done.
Quick and Affordable, called and he came out the same day and allowed me to have water again within just a few Minutes!
SCAMMMMMM DO NOT USE THIS ADDICT FOR ANYTHING ,Came out and patched up my water pump I paid him $265 and a ac unit and he said he would come out the next day and went ghost. I tried calling him before my water went completely out again and have been ignored for a whole month! I CALLED TEN TIMES NO ANSWER
Bad experience with Kimball Pump Service!! I recently hired this guy and told him specifically that the switch was sticking and probably need to be evaluated and replaced on my shallow well pump. Kimble showed up at my house with 2 other guys and replaced pipes and things that had nothing to do with the switch and charge me several hundreds of dollars, and he specifically said he like to get paid in cash, I guess as a way of ducking the IRS. They never replaced the switch, as soon as they left the switch was still bad and I phone him and he said he will come back the next day to fix the switch inwhich that was what he was hired to do in the first place. After numerous attempts, he never answered any of my calls. Furthermore why would you bring 2 other guys to my house to change out a switch, when one of the guys didn’t do anything but walk around my property as if he was casing the place. Stay away from this guy his business is not good and not legit. And I will be taken further action on this matter. Dam Fraudster!!!!!
This guy is who I will call first when I have any kind of well issues...he was the only guy in Jax to even answer the phone ...he fixed my pump and it's been running like new since...I was very satisfied with his labor price..and his guarantee and service protection plan are worth it .. Kimball is the guy to call....thanks again
