  I’m sharing my experience to help other parents make informed decisions. While this daycare may meet basic needs, I had several ongoing concerns that ultimately led me to withdraw my children. The condition of the facility raised red flags for me, including potholes leading into the center that could potentially damage vehicles, as well as an outdoor play area that appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. More importantly, I had consistent concerns regarding cleanliness and overall care. After my daughter transitioned into the one-year-old classroom in April, I noticed a significant decline in our experience. There were frequent calls to pick her up due to illness, including recurring fevers, stomach issues, and a noticeable decrease in appetite. While I understand that illnesses can happen in group settings, the frequency raised concerns—especially given what I observed and reported about cleaning practices. I brought these concerns to the staff’s attention multiple times, but unfortunately, I did not see meaningful improvement. As a result, I have decided to enroll my children in a different daycare. Moving forward, I’ll be paying close attention to their health and overall experience as a comparison. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to improvements for the families who remain.
