Kid to Kid Hodges Pointe

Clean and organized! Reasonable prices on most of the clothes and shoes. Went back to school shopping for my 5 year old and got about 10 outfits, a brand new jacket and 3 pairs of pajamas all for around like $130. Such a great deal!

I didn’t like the fact that I was followed around the entire time I was in the store. As an African American woman, visiting this store for the first time, I left feeling disgusted and uncomfortable with the way I was treated. I was simply there looking for a winter coat for my infant daughter. I actually found a very nice coat, but an associate even went as far as holding her phone up and taking a picture of me. Like… really? It’s 2026. I work hard for what I have, and I have absolutely no reason or desire to take anything that doesn’t belong to me. Being watched and photographed while shopping made me feel singled out and profiled. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and respected—not watched, followed, or treated like they’re a threat.

Love the staff, they are great but the business model is highway robbery lol Even the staff if conditioned to say ‘if you don’t like the pay out you can just take your stuff back’ unfortunately this location is super close to me and Once Upon a Child at regency closed… so I was stuck going here. I try to avoid this place for selling stuff because of how disrespectful the payout always is. Thankfully my kids are too old now and I’ll never deal with this again…I also never recommend anyone selling come here.
