Yesterday was my first time buying a new car from a dealership and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have done anything differently. Cori, in the service department, recommended Sanchez to help us. Sanchez was absolutely incredible!!! 10/10 recommend her. Also - shout out to KP, I’m sure he doesn’t get a lot of recognition but he definitely played a part in me getting my dream car.

I recently had my van serviced here. The customer service I recieved with Sarah in the service department was awesome. She was phenomenal. She constantly kept in touch with me and updated me daily. The work was was also done in a timely manner and done correctly the first time. I went back because my hatch was wet, thinking that one of the repairs had leaked. They did everything they could to check the issue and turns out it was something I must have done bc it hasn't happened again. They cleaned out the mess even though it wasn't a leak. In all this, Sarah went out of her way to make sure that my vehicle was taken care of and was always kind and honest. Even when I was irritated. Thank you Sarah for your help!!

If you get Alex as a service rep, do yourself a favor and just ask for someone else. Seriously, he'll waste your time, lie to you, and act indifferent when you call him on it. Even his coworkers threw him under the bus behind his back. My vehicle was repaired eventually, after the promised date, but the entire process was needlessly cumbersome. Cori, another service rep, was literally the only good thing to report at the dealership. She was great. Highly recommend her!
