Called to inquire about an oil change seeing if I should make an appointment. The woman that answers your phone is incredibly rude for no reason. I had my phone on speaker and my wife's jaw was on the floor at how rude she was. Went somewhere else for my oil change. Mentioned to the other shop how that phone call went. They professionally informed me how thankful they were at the customers that come their way because of your person answering the phone. ( which is frequent)Do you secretly need help? Is your personal safety on the line if you fire her? Is this a hostile work environment? There's no way you willingly employ this woman. There's people that can help you. I can help you. You can take your business up quite a few notches with better customer service. Hope this helps you and anyone reading this.
Got me in for an oil change right away, no up charge or problems. Very polite and professional, will definitely use the from now on.
Do not go here for an oil change, I do not like the services that they provided. Customer service is also bad.
I've been here at least 3 times and every time they have been reasonably priced, done a great job with no issues, as fast as possible while still doing a good job, and polite. Keystone is lucky to have such a great shop. For people who show up 15 mins before they close and then leave a bad review, shame on you!
Fast and friendly. Average pricing on oil change
