Everything is perfect until you settle into the house, until you rent it; they take very good care of you, but after you move in...No one is coming to repair it. They don't care about you or give you your deposit back. They don't even answer the phones anymore; you can't reach anyone.If you want to be scammed, this is a great management system.

Their properties are an absolute joke. Looked at one where the front and rear deck were in such dire need of repair each step made it feel like the wood would snap; missing nails and cracked planks everywhere. Fire ants all over the back yard. Dead palmetto bugs in several rooms. Busted ceiling vents in multiple rooms. The paint jobs, wow... talk about your typical landlord special. Avoid these crooks.

I just want to take time to let you know if you are thinking about moving into one of their properties, THINK AGAIN. Lots of mixed reviews but I can tell you that if you are trying to get ahold of anyone within a day or two, GOOD LUCK. Zaira is insanely unprofessional and rude. Copped an attitude and started sighing and speaking over me when I was explaining miscommunication of what she was saying vs another employee. Not to mention I reached out two days in advance and she decides to call back at 7pm on a Friday. I am so thankful to be moving out and not ever having to deal with these people again. No one is on the same page and YOU have to reach out multiple times for ANYONE to get ahold of you, and even then, its a vague text. You could literally call them and right after they’ll text instead of just picking up the phone. Please choose wisely if you are moving into any one of their properties.
