The tech was able to get into my house. However, they didn’t show up in the allocated time stated so my sister and father in law had to wait outside in the dark. Plus, the tech couldn’t get through my front door due to some issue with the deadbolt so he had to go around to my back door and drill through the deadbolt on it to get in. I appreciate him replacing my deadbolt on my back door. For it being a Friday evening I am grateful there was a company that could help. I just wish there was an easier way to communicate with the tech and not the third party company.
