I became acquainted with Hyundai collision under very unfortunate circumstances. I was in a car accident and my car was towed there to see if it could be repaired. It did end up being totaled. Michelle Thomas and Dennis were so kind to me during this time as they understood how upset I was at the loss of my car. I have found that all the people who work for Hyundai are kind, compassionate, and truly caring about their customers. They helped to make a very difficult situation bearable for me, and I am an extremely grateful.

Key Collision is very friendly and amiable, I had to deal with repairs which is never fun or easy. Key helped make things right and ensured I was happy with the work that was done. I was recommended by family, and would also recommend to others if they are searching for satisfactory repairs.

I would 100% return for future repairs here! They were quick, kind and professional. A tire in the highway had done some damage to my Camry’s front bumper and under cover. After coming in for a quote, I determined it would be most cost efficient to go through my insurance. Despite not being partnered through their preferred list, they worked seamlessly with my agent at USAA, who had glowing reviews about Key Collision. It only took a week for them to replace the damaged parts and fix a suspension issue they found. I was back on the road and ready for an upcoming trip I had. Unfortunately, my vehicle ended up here because it was totaled in a crash. I didn't have a lot of interaction with them but, for what I needed, everyone was extremely helpful & friendly. So much so, my dealing with them & a sales member helped make my decision to buy my new vehicle from Key Hyundai. Great service from all!
