Key Buick GMC

Luis Perez, Douglas, and the rest of the sales team…what can I say. My experience thanks to everyone at Key Buick GMC was outstanding. Since I only actually spoke to Luis, the Sales Representative and Douglas, the Finance Manager I’ll focus on them but I know the Sales Manager was involved as well. Luis was instrumental in helping me find the right vehicle for my intended use. He walked me through the various trims and thoroughly explained the associated features and capabilities of the vehicles I looked at. His experience and professionalism truly shined bright. Douglas did an awesome job finding financial terms I could agree with. But more importantly, and this goes for both Douglas and Luis, he thoroughly explained the financing and warranty options available to me, answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns! I normally would not add warranties offered by a dealership but the options I chose truly enhanced the purchase of this vehicle. I purchased the 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE in the Coastal Dune color. Great looking vehicle. Thanks again to everyone at Key Buick GMC for the wonderful experience. If you are looking for a vehicle please give them a chance to earn your business!

I had a great experience at Key Buick GMC thanks to Naeem. He was professional, honest, and made the whole buying process smooth and easy. He answered all my questions and made sure everything went perfectly. I’m very happy with my car and highly recommend asking for Naeem if you’re looking for excellent service. Thank you, Naeem!

Naim Rasheed was the best from start to finish. Providing constant updates on the truck that we were waiting for. He took the best care of us. His energy was unmatched. Had us wanting to buy another car just to be with him. Great person overall. Definitely recommend someone you want to work with at a dealership!! Christian in the finance side of things was awesome too!! Took his time to make sure we understood what we were signing for. Overall great experience!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Key Buick GMC and worked with John Coleman, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and John stood out from the very beginning. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it — no games, no surprises, and no wasted time. He went way out of his way throughout the entire process to make sure everything was handled correctly and smoothly. His communication was excellent, he was professional, straightforward, and genuinely cared about making the experience a good one instead of just making a sale. In a time when it’s hard to find honest and dependable people in the car business, John absolutely delivered. He made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for John Coleman at Key Buick GMC. Outstanding experience from start to finish.
