Husband had a 9:30 a.m. appt for follow up on bilateral cataract surgery he had in March and April. We arrived on time. We waited until 10:30 and then walked out. We were never communicated of a delay, we were never offered to reschedule. We don't mind waiting if someone had said," Dr. Cronin is running a little late this morning, do you want to wait, or would you like to reschedule?" I feel the providers are competent in their care, however the staff could use training on improving Customer Service. Just because a patient is retired does not mean their time is not valuable. Empower your staff to provide options. Better communication between the back staff and front desk staff would be an improvenent.
Dr. Kevin Cronin provided exceptional care throughout my cataract removal surgery. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and reassuring. His skill and compassion helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Dr. Cronin clearly cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. Thanks to his expertise and thoughtful approach, what could have been a stressful experience was smooth and positive. I would also like to commend his staff for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The entire team made me feel welcome and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Cronin to anyone considering cataract surgery. Thank you, Dr. Cronin, for your excellent care and for making my experience such a positive one.
