I have been treated great. My fees are more than fair and I feel protected with Allstate vs. other companies.
We love Allstate and have been with the company for years. I personally have been a client for gosh probably 30 years or so. We've always had great service and it's probably the only company I've ever dealt with that "checks in" at least twice a year to make sure nothing in our lives has changed and go over anything that might give us additional discounts. We would be hard pressed to go somewhere else. And the hubby has looked! We can't beat the rates or the service!!
I truly always feel that I'm in good hands with Kevin Klipp Allstate - whether it's the customer service in selecting a policy for our needs, or when I need them for a claim. Competent, professional, personal, and efficient. From beginning to end they are there for me.
I feel GREAT about my experience with Kevin. If I have a question he tries his best to get me an answer. If I don't understand something he simplifies it so that I can understand it. His staff is also very friendly and helpful from the time I walk in the door and until I walk out the door.
No!!!!!!!!! go elsewhere - Customer service and Knowledge and Communication is extremely weak - This has happened to me multiple time with Allstate and I just hung in there but obviously its an ongoing problem. I even overheard my customer service Rep say "I wish someone was here to help me with this". They cannot get things right at all. Asked for updated information on an existing flood policy and it took 4 times / 3 weeks to get it right extremely delayed my need to present to a 2nd lender. I have had a contract with them 21 years and will be changing to another flood insurance company.
