Kettell Inc

Highly recommend... I did not know Kyle/Kettell, Inc. prior, as he was referred by my general contractor for our major exterior renovation. After a few rounds of discussions, we felt at ease and engaged Kyle/Kettell, Inc. He demolished our terraced patio and pool deck (coquina tile, cool decking and pavers removed). Kyle and crew then designed a new terrace look and feel with new foundation walls, steps, custom marble drains, etc and then installing leathered Italian marble from rear of home down to the pool coping edge. He also removed two laters of concrete from our driveway, rebuilt the grade with 16 dump trucks of various backfill, and installed 63 pallets of pavers. His crew was beyond amazing and over the 3 months that this project took, the crew remained the same! Kyle took on our project as if this was his home...meticulous, patient and on point with communication. Moreover, Kyle was fair in his costs, expectations and commitments. We went cheap years ago with the pool patio...and that is why we needed to engage a true professional, like Kyle. Worth the time and every penny. We added on several other aspects of the project that Kyle and crew handled - new sod, pine straw, mulch, irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, tree felling, and marble/paver sealing. Kate was also on point with detailed specs and accounting. One of the more interesting points is when Kyle would walk the days work...as he would point out to me a few things that didn't meet his own expectation...like a single paver that was just a bit off that my eye never would have noticed. Fixed the next day. In the end, I would choose Kyle all over again without hesitation based on him treating my home as his own. He is also well connected in the Beaches/PV area, so we picked up some key referrals from him for trades out of his wheelhouse. "Good" people are hard to come by ...we found that goodness with Kyle and Kettell, Inc.
