Kerri Harvey, Sunshine Realty & Appraisal Services

Kerri is everything that you want as a realtor. She is a person of high integrity, and someone we trust greatly. She helped us get a dream rental home in St. Augustine Beach while being remote to the area. Her support, organization, flexibility, and determination were critical for us to close on the property. She has great instincts, and she really listens and focuses on what you are looking for in a property. One of her super powers is her level headedness in stressful, complicated situations. She always managed to provide us the right guidance or advice both in buying the house and also helping getting set up to rent the property. Not only do we highly recommend, but we will definitely be a repeat customer as we search for new properties.

Kerri and Michel were fantastic to work with. From the first phone call to the last hug after closing documents were signed. The lines of communication were always open, day & night. They kept the process seamless and even went above and beyond to solve for an unforseen issue that was presented just before closing. Talk about commitment and integrity...they were simply the best.

It was a pleasure working with Kerri and Michel to sell our home. They worked together seamlessly and handled an unforseen issue right before closing with timeliness and professionalism. We will certainly trust them with any future real estate needs.
