Went to Dr Eaddy and got NO HELP. Had to wait for 2 mo, for meds, then after had meds for a couple months. He ordered me a Rx and then after 5 days, CANCELED it. I wax in agony. Only saw the Dr ONE time! Nobody cared that I was in such pain and I literally got NO help. No follow up, nothing. He does not care either. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. HE WILL NOT HELP YOU!r
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! for 2 Months been trying to get much needed botox applications to treat my migraines. Initially had a consultation scheduled with Dr. Eaddy, without prior notice a NP appears saying that Dr. Eaddy wasn't there. They wanted to request the botox to ACCREDO, which apparently didn't happen, I went to Cigna and Accredo, without resolve. Apparently, Dr. Eaddy signed the fax for Accredo authorizing the botox, however Accredo (today, April 29) let me know they haven't received. In the meantime, I had to drive twice to Dr. Eaddy's office with a very unfriendly receptionist who doesn't help out, nor wants to help out, treating me with indifference.... I tried to call Dr. Eaddy's office over 4 times in the past weeks and each time they try to connect me, goes to voicemail and nobody calls back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR NOR THIS PRACTICE!!!
I have been Dr. Eaddy's patient for a few years. I have always appreciated his skillful expertise wrapped in a kind and friendly demeanor. With his busy schedule, it would be easy to forget the whole patient by just treating the problem. That's why I've always appreciated his ability to keep procedures as comfortable as possible. It means a lot when you're constantly adapting different stretches, hacks, and topicals to keep chronic pain off the menu. If you're considering a dedicated pain specialist - you would be wise to consider Dr. Eaddy.🌻
This office is very busy and they are always very helpful and friendly. Dr. Eaddy was working very hard to catch up from holiday delays, but he took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. He has a good bedside manner and seems to truly care about his patients and their pain and mobility. I highly recommend him and his great team!
IMO Dr Eaddy was at first compassionate after starting in pain management. Then when the DEA cracked down, he became injection happy. "No injections no meds" he said. His NP made a comment that they were going to "put me in a chair". Meaning a wheelchair. I left and found a better pain management doctor. All about $$$ IMO.
