All staff are friendly, professional and responsive. Once I turn in the file I know it’s in good hands and they will handle everything. I never feel the need to follow up or check on progress. I simply show up at closing confident everything will go smoothly. I have never worked with a more caring company. I have used Kendall Title going on 18 years and would never use anyone else. More importantly I get rave reviews from my customers about the wonderful experience they had with Kendall Title. I highly recommend them.
This is one of the smoothest closings I have experienced. The office staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They were right on top of every detail and were very easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend Kendall Title to your customers. My seller was very satisfied and impressed as well. Thank you Judy and all the staff at Kendall Title for all that you did to get this to a successful closing for all parties. Mary West, Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage
Kendall Title Services Inc. provides fantastic service! They have been in this industry a long time and really know what they are doing. And they do it all with a smile and great level of professionalism. They know how to make every customer feel special! I never worry when closing with them!
Kendall Title handled the closing on our house and it was a wonderful experience. Everything was communicated clearly and timely. We were moving out of state ahead of the closing and they were so accommodating, allowing us to pre-sign the closing documents before we left. Everyone we met and talked to was so friendly, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend Kendall Title!
I've been using Kendall Title for several years now and I love their Customer Service. They are efficient and helpful at every turn, they communicate regularly and if you ever have a question, Marti and her staff are there to help. I have the utmost confidence when I turn a file over to Kendall Title, it will be done right.
