I cannot recommend Kelley Pierce highly enough. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her for both buying and selling, and she is truly an exceptional realtor in every way. From start to finish, Kelley brings a rare combination of professionalism, deep market knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. She takes the time to listen, gives honest and thoughtful advice, and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is handled. What really sets Kelley apart is her calm confidence and clear communication—whether it's negotiating offers, navigating inspections, or coordinating timelines, she does it all with grace and precision. All three transactions I’ve done with her have been smooth and successful thanks to her experience and guidance. Kelley is a standout in her field, and someone you can fully trust to have your back in one of life’s biggest decisions. I’m so grateful to have found her!
Kelley Pierce was our realtor during our home search, and she was just wonderful! She was responsive, professional, and patient with us during the whole process. She knows the area of Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra so well, and she is honest and a great communicator (qualities that you definitely want in your realtor). She went out of her way to accommodate us during our home search, and I felt confident the entire time knowing that Kelley was taking good care of us and had our best interests at heart. We adore our new home and are so thankful to Kelley for helping get us in it quickly and smoothly! I’d highly recommend Kelley Pierce for all your real estate needs!
My realtor, Kelley Pierce, is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable, energetic and compassionate. She was able to persist and help me find the perfect new home for me during a time of a very competitive market. I would highly recommend Kelley without hesitation to my family and friends for their home buying and selling needs. I can’t say enough about the quality of her service!
Kelley is a rock star realtor. I would never recommend anyone else to help you buy or sell your home. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home... and her specific recommendations helped our offer get chosen among many others. She knows the market inside and out... and she went above and beyond to make us happy. We give Kelley five enthusiastic stars out of five. Highly recommend!
Kelley is the BEST in the business! She helped us find our dream property and sell our previous house in a short period of time. When bumps in the road appeared during our home purchase, she was all over it and helped resolve the issue. She really has a full understanding of realty and the laws. Kelley listens attentively, responds to messages promptly, and works diligently on selling or buying your home. She will forever be our realtor.
