Robin Mel was amazing! Robin Mel was very patient, understanding, and friendly. He was very welcoming as well. I highly recommend working with him to find what you are look for! He took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and patiently answered all of my questions. Robin Mel and his team were extremely efficient, well-organized, and very accommodating, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free. I appreciated the level of care and attention provided and would highly recommend working with Robin Mel if you want the best car buying experience! I also want to thank the man named Dylan I’m not sure his last name but he was very kind, helpful, and patient with the whole process as well. You can tell Dylan and Robin enjoyed what they do! Always a great experience when buying a car or getting service done! My most recent purchase was the 2026 Corolla Cross. Kevin and William were fantastic and knew all the answers to my questions! Frank was a great help with financing as well, explaining everything we needed to know patiently! This is my third time buying a car here and I never feel overly stressed out or anxious. My parents even decided to buy their new car here the following day, having an awesome experience as well! Cannot recommend Keith Pierson Toyota enough
Everyone was great! From the time we walked in the door, to test driving, to financing, and then to purchasing an amazing new Grand Toyota Highlander Hybrid AWD!!!!! Not to mention the competitive pricing and great warranties! I would like to give a shout out to Adam, Antonio, and Mr. Brown!!! I recently had my car serviced at Keith Pierson Toyota, and I am incredibly impressed with how much they have improved. The whole process was an absolute breeze from start to finish. I easily made my appointment online, and when I drove up, I was received near instantly. Even though they were clearly busy, the service remained kind and courteous throughout my entire visit. I really appreciated that they sent videos of the inspection and what needed to be fixed… it added a great layer of transparency. The staff was polite, genuine, and respectful the entire time, and I never felt pressured or misled into purchasing unnecessary services. Excellent job to the service team. Highly recommend!
I recently had my oil changed at Keith Pierson Toyota and had a great experience. Chris was very helpful in explaining the recommended services for my car and took the time to make sure I understood what was suggested. I really appreciated that he informed me without being pushy or pressuring me to have any additional services completed. The wait time was also very reasonable, my car was ready in no more than 2 hours. While I was waiting, I noticed that just about everyone who walked by or interacted with me acknowledged me and made me feel welcome, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was professional, friendly, and respectful of my time. Thank you to Chris and the entire team at Keith Pearson Toyota for making a routine service visit a pleasant experience!
