The correct address is 3800 deerpark blvd. Showed up at 3:13am and there was over 20 trucks parked in the street waiting to check in. My appointment is for 3am. I went around several trucks because I needed to make sure I wasn't too late for my appointment. Waiting to check in now. Will update my review as my status changes. So I made it through the gate by 3:25am. You will have to cut off your truck to hear them on the speaker. Park to the right and check in at the door located behind the big blue dumpster. Finally checked in at 4:10am. Dock assigned at 5:15a. 4 pallets to offload. I was empty at 6:18a. I am waiting on lumper text now. I got the text for lumper at 6:44a. You have to wait for a text for dock assignment. Once unloaded they will send link to pay lumoer than you can get your bills and head out. 4 HOURS for 4 PALLETS
They basically use the street as their staging lot because you have to wait in the middle lane to get in, but they only let so many trucks in at a time. The police are patrolling the entire process because of how unorganized and ridiculous it is. I honestly don't understand how they are allowed to operate the way they do. They will not let you in or unload you before your appointment time. They were making drivers back out of the driveway, then those drivers were parking on the side of the street and getting tickets. You check in at the gate first via the intercom. They will either give you a door or have you park to the right and walk to the receiving office. Then there's a line in the receiving office. When I got in there, there were 20 drivers in line already. They were giving doors to drivers at the intercom and many of the people already in line were told there were no doors available. All in all, just to check in it took 2 1/2 hours and I'm still currently waiting for a call for a door an hour after my appointment time for 1 pallet.
My appointment was 5 am. I was in a door by 5:20 am. Very professional. Stays busy but not too bad. As soon as I backed in my door they started unloading me. 10 minutes to unload. Out by 6:35 am. Don't believe what the drivers are putting bad about this place.
Monica Graves checked me in place, rude horrible experience like all food places, the biggest issue was it took 40 minutes to anwser the gate plus they had wrong address on bills...
Drivers beware!!!! No inbound freight accepted on Fridays. M-Th only.Unfortunately I found out the hard way. Arrived for a 7am appointment on 4/24/26 only to sit at the gate until the yard jockey was kind enough to inform me. Make sure and let brokers know in case they try and send you here for a Friday delivery. Now you know. Place is easy to find. From what I’ve heard lines can be long to check in. Allow yourself ample time.
