I had Courtney Clean my ring and she checked it and noticed that my diamond in the middle was loose. I sent the ring in for repair and the same diamond that was loose fell out and I found the diamond in my bed. I was extremely upset. 2 weeks later I got the call to get my ring drove up there for them to notify me That my ring had five diamonds loose, it went from 1 to 5!!!! ! I was sooooo upset that my ring had been in their possession for over a month especially when the service department manager told me that she would get it right. After the 3rd try with the service department, I finally received the call that my 4ct baggaute was ready for pick up. I was so apprehensive that I asked to speak to Courtney to please check my ring before I drove up there for the third time could she please check my ring to make sure diamonds were intact. Courtney said they were and I was finally able to pick up my ring based on her judgment. While there I wanted her to check my diamond earrings and was so pleased with her service I chose to upgrade my diamond earrings with her expertise. I paid $2000 in cash and I was so pleased with her customer service, I almost forgot my ring had been gone for almost 2 months for said repairs. Courtney‘s customer service made me forget all about what happened With my wedding ring and was very pleased with her assisting me in picking out the perfect earrings!! I have never dealt with this before with Kay jewelers and the lack of the service department for repairs were long forgotten... To sum it all up, thank you so much Courtney for assisting me with my wedding ring and also helping me find some really beautiful princess cut diamond earrings! I will be back, only if she’s there.. Jack was a great help and gave us a variety of options to look through. We had been considering a trade up for my wife’s wedding ring but had not found the perfect one for her. We tried a variety of options and bands to fit a Monique Marquis ring she settled in on and found one that had the right shape and look. I ended up getting a new band for myself as well.

We had such a great experience with Larissa at Kay Jewelers in Orange Park that I felt like it deserved a review. We ended up coming back later to purchase a ring, and we specifically made sure to find Larissa again because of how helpful she was the first time. Every visit with her has been just as great—consistent, friendly, and super knowledgeable. If you go to this location, definitely ask for Larissa. She made what could’ve been an overwhelming decision feel exciting and stress-free!
