Apon arrival and until the sale was made Iya was amazing. She greeted me when I walked in, not knowing if I was going to purchase something or not, she still made me feel valued when the other 2 put their head down to try to avoid speaking which should be addressed because as customers…we notice. I came in for a new set of everyday earrings and Iya was very knowledgeable and hospitality was remarkable. I she talked me through the difference of lab grown and diamonds. I ended up leaving with set of beautiful diamond earrings for everyday wear. Money well spent. She really made a difference in me staying or just walking back out. Kudos to her. You need more staff like her!

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my husband’s birthday! Yelena and Aida were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were both so personal, attentive, and professional, and they truly took the time to help me find something special. With their help, we ended up choosing the perfect cross and necklace for my husband, and I couldn’t be happier with our selection. Their kindness and genuine care made the entire experience so enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend Yelena and Aida to anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a truly personalized shopping experience. They were wonderful!

My wife and I came into the Town Center location on Saturday evening , 04/25/2026, to drop off her wedding band for cleaning and service. She lost a diamond and needed some warranty work done. We were received VERY warmly. Helped VERY professionally. I bragged about how I bought MY ring from Kay’s 23 years ago and showed the young lady how banged up it had gotten over the years. I had also lost quite a bit of weight over those years (due to my wife’s culinary prowess). My ring no longer fit and could not be resized as it is an art-carved ring. I WISH I would have paid attention for her name. She reshaped my ring as I waited for my wife and put a spacer on it to keep it on my now-slimmer finger. Thank you, Nice Lady! I am a client FOR LIFE.
Yelena was amazing I was looking to upgrade my wife ring after 29 years of Marriage and she took her time and guided me to the ring that my wife loved! Not only was I just shopping she helped me make the decision I secured the Canary diamond she’s been looking for over the last 3 years! Thank Yelena and truly very kiss belongs to KAY ❤️
