Katie Ditton - Ameris Bank Mortgage

I have used Katie at Ameris on a few construction projects and she has always been available, helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Genuine and experienced, highly recommend!

Katie is incredibly professional who is knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all questions, and made sure the loan process was seamless from start to finish. What stood out most was her genuine care for her clients and her dedication to making things as easy as possible. She is responsive, proactive, and builds trust right away. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for excellent service and support with their banking needs.

Katie was very helpful in helping us navigate a complicated condo purchase. She presented us with several loan options & was patient with all my questions. Thank you!

Katie Ditton was highly responsive and supportive throughout the process. The explanation and coordination with title, escrow, agents, and under writing kept the closing on schedule.
