Does not answer the phone, return messages or return emails. Don't use this estate attorney if you need to actually speak to someone. We have left her voicemails in her office (because no one answers), we also sent her an email but never heard from her. We were complaining to a friend of ours about it and he said he had the same problem so he had to use a different attorney to get his affairs in order. Maybe she had so much money she doesn't need any more business?

Stay away. You can’t get anyone to answer phone. Was told that her phone had been out of service for months. Seriously!!!! She neglected to file my brother’s will resulting in a delay of a payout of an existing lawsuit prior to his death. She felt it wasn’t necessary to file his will until the another attorney represent my brothers lawsuit had to tell her she needed to file the will! I don’t know how they keep their doors open.

Just having a will done but Ms. Knee has been well recommended by a number of locals. She was pleasant and helpful and her prices were most reasonable. The wills did require a few edits to match our needs. They tend to be a bit casual about office hours.

Ms. Knee has passed away and there is no one in the office anymore. Look elsewhere.
