I've Worked Hundreds of Events. This Venue Changed Everything. As a company who's hosted hundreds of events, I can say with authority: Karpeles Grand is in a league of its own. The Hollywood Noir event here was the most professionally executed, beautifully designed, and elegantly orchestrated experience I've ever witnessed. Soaring ceilings, intuitive flow, flawless lighting. The venue creates an intimate yet grand atmosphere without feeling cramped. There's space for everything—vendors, guests, activities—and it all works seamlessly. Load-in was smooth. The staff anticipated every need. Setup support was generous. They genuinely wanted each vendor to shine. This is vendor heaven. The staff goes above and beyond. They're problem-solvers who actually care about your success. You can feel the difference. Premium venue, premium results. If you're serious about hosting an unforgettable event, this is it. Already recommending Karpeles Grand to everyone in our network.
She worked so hard to make our day wedding perfect. I would recommend if using the venue for a large wedding, to rent upstairs and downstairs. It is a very beautiful venue. Below are a few photos
Rented the venue for a 1 hr elopement. We were told we would have EXCLUSIVE use of the entire venue for the hour, with another events set-up starting right when our hour ends. We also coordinated a door opening and for the chairs to be set up on the right side of the ballroom (with those windows) prior to the arrival / ceremony start time. I was reassured it would be all set up for me and to just arrive ready for my ceremony and portraits. Upon my arrival for my literal wedding, they had already fully set up for a different event. The entire ballroom was filled with chairs and tables. I had to push to get them to move some so we could have our ceremony, and they used the time we were supposed to be having the ceremony to set up, so we started late AND they did NOT clear all the tables and chairs, just pushed some back so we could access the windows. Now all my ceremony pictures of my guests have random tables set up in the background of it all. Was very stressful on my wedding day, did not do a coordinated door opening, did NOT have exclusive access with only my own decor. Would NOT recommend this venue. I did not get what I paid for.
OMG!! I must say this Grand Opening on Saturday was awesome!! Very professional and staff was the best. The manager kaley and her assistant was super awesome!!! Book this place for any of your weddings events etc
We hosted our A Slice of Duval photoshoot at Karpeles Grand in August 2025, and it was the perfect space. The venue is absolutely gorgeous—full of natural light, spacious, and ideal for capturing photos. Madison and Kailee were wonderful to work with: fast and clear with communication leading up to the shoot, and incredibly helpful the day of. Everything went smoothly thanks to their support.
