This is my first time having a PCP in a minute and the moment she walked inside, she was the sweetest kind person I’ve ever met. She gave me a lot of information. She didn’t sugarcoat my situation and she told me I need to stay on my medication and take care of myself not any demanding way, but in a caring supportive concerned way she definitely helped me attempt to try to fix my issue with my sinus infection because I have chronic sinus infections really bad and she was very pleasant and nice and gave me information and also gave me a sinus rinse to take home. It was very compassionate very sweet so I highly recommend anybody to her and she gives hugs. That’s something that a lot of doctors don’t do nowadays and she said you are family at this point so I highly recommend Dr. Karen to a lot of people. She is a blessing. And what I do love about her is that she didn’t talk to me as if I knew what was going on with my situation and she was very upfront. Meaning you need to take care of yourself because the next time you come in here I’m gonna ask, did you do XYZ of what I told you to do so I need a doctor like that highly recommend her

Ms. Madrid is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She makes me feel respected and so comfortable!!! I’m not nervous anymore to go to the doctor! Thank God! Such a caring and amazing young woman, I am so thankful for you!!
