This was better before they started focusing on Filipino food. I miss the schwarma wraps that I used to get there with tzatziki and pickled onion and other veggies. Was so good. Now it's mostly pancit and adobo which is ok but I miss the mediterranean for the Lebanese guys that ran it.
Asked do they sell regular hotdog because they only had chili dog on the menu and was told yes, so ordered hotdog combo, because I did not want chili dog combo. It was sold to me for same price even though I did not get chili. The fries was good, but my hotdog not so much because from the look of it they did not clean off the grill so I tasted the part that did not have grill particles on it and threw the rest away.
Had the gyro plate with rice and baba ghanouj. Also, came with a little side salad and pita bread that was ok. The meat was delicious and juicy. Rice was cooked perfect and the baba ghanouj was great. I was also given three sauces to try. Not sure what they were though. One of them tasted like a garlic type sauce and it was my favorite. Overall the food was wonderful! Price is decent too for the amount of food I received. I highly recommend checking this place out. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu.
As a half Lebanese woman, I eat at a lot of Middle Eastern restaurants; and Karam's Gourmet has delicious, authentic food. Some of the best tabbouleh, hummus, and dolmas (grape leaves) I have found in Florida. Joe was also very kind and friendly. I will be back. ☺️
First time here and the food was great!! The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining what everything was and giving me a sample to try. Would definitely go back for the lamb and pink pickle, oh and that sauce very cooling. All in all very good, however if you don’t like to much spice skip the hot sauce it was extremely spicy.
