Very dishonest and completely unacceptable experience. They quoted me $100 before doing the work, but once the job was completed, they suddenly demanded $120. If you give a customer a price before starting the work, you should honor that price instead of changing it afterward. Even worse, when I confronted the employee about changing the price and told him I felt he was being dishonest, he grabbed a hammer and attempted to hit me with it. This behavior was absolutely unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. I strongly recommend avoiding this tire shop altogether. There are plenty of other tire shops that are honest about their pricing and know how to treat customers professionally. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Please don’t waste your time and money like I did…there are too many options. This business put the wrong tire on the front side right of the car as well as new hub caps I paid for them to install. The front right hub cap fell off because it didn’t fit the tire. Just like another review regarding this business…the owner told me to buy a new tire and bring his back. He refused to talk about the matter or listen; he became irrational, hostile and threw me off of his property. This person has a business, but he is not a business man. I called the police and filed a report regarding battery, Better Business Bureau and the Florida Consumer Service to recoup the money I lost.
Traveling through on the way to board a cruise and had a flat. We were working against the clock and got the run around at two different tire shops. A kind woman recommended this place. I can’t thank her enough. We were back on the road in less than 10 minutes and for 1/3 of the cost the other guys quoted us. This shop saved our trip!
Got me fixed up fast. Great price. Great price on tires. I go to the dump a lot so I’m always coming back here to patch holes or nails got into the tire. Is a salad go to for me?
Very bad service!!! Came in for a tire change and the guy was very rude saying I’m not American for no reason!
