JWB Property Management

Akina and DAMES Service Team, I want to sincerely thank the team at JWB Property Management for their understanding and compassion during a difficult personal matter. They took the time to listen, treated me with kindness and respect, and worked with me to find a solution. As a single parent, that understanding meant more than I can express. It’s not often you come across a property management company that is willing to work with residents during challenging times, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and communication throughout the process. Thank you again for your patience and willingness to help. It has made a meaningful difference for my family.

We've been part of the jwb family for nearly 3 years. Their property management and maintenance teams have been supportive and there for us since day one. And they've also been instrumental in our latest move towards home ownership here in Jacksonville. Thanks for everything jwb.

We’ve had a great experience with JWB. The house is nice, well maintained, and perfect for families. The neighborhood feels safe, making it a wonderful place to live. The entire process, from move-in to lease renewal, has been seamless and hassle-free. A special shout out to our property manager, Shayna, for making our renewal process, incredibly smooth. They were responsive, professional, and assisted us every step of the way. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend JWB!

I have been with JWB going on a year in October, 2026. I can honestly say they were quick with my application, communication and very understanding. Im happy to say that they have helped through every step of the way, with my application, my lease, payments, any questions or concerns I may have. Maintenance 24/7 and quick to resolve any issues. I can thank JWB for our new home and for being active with everything.
