Terrible & salty! 8 shrimp for $12! Save your coins.
Very pleasant and friendly customer service. I ordered the fried shrimp combo with a drink n side of fried shrimp. It was hot, fresh and delicious 😋. Not greasy at all. I dined in and it was clean and didn't reek of seafood despite they sell fresh seafood, also. I just moved back to Jax after being gone for 3 years and they still remembered me and engaged in conversation such as where had I been, what'd I leave, etc. Love their hospitality and affordable prices.
location is by my daughters school so i decided to stop here. biggest mistake. soggy fries cold dry tiny chicken wings with barely any sauce. Thick curly hair in the food looked like pubes. I’m disgusted and mad I wasted 38 dollars. The chicken was not fresh at all. Count your days.
I ordered this meal through DoorDash. I was immediately skeptical when the order said it was on the way to me about 6 minutes after placing it. Turns out my skepticism was for good reason… the food arrived completely cold as if it has been sitting out for hours. On top of that, they just didn’t bother to send one of the items I ordered. The employees must’ve thought we’d be okay with an $80 order being complete garbage. Never again.
The only crab place I eat from currently I actually prefer cooking my own crabs
