Justin Clark, MD

Dr. Clark is amazing. I highly recommend him for anyone in Jacksonville in need of a primary care physician. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate. You can tell he really cares about his patients. His entire staff was polite and friendly and had positive energy. They made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Clark actually listens to you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. It was truly a great experience.

Dr. Clark himself is very nice and professional — that can’t be disputed. However, the way this office is run is a complete train wreck. I had a virtual appointment where I was greeted by the nurse and then sat on hold for over an hour. The doctor never showed up for the visit, and the office never called to follow up or explain what happened. Fast forward — I called the next day and made a second appointment for an in-office visit, specifically stating I needed lab work done. I arrived early for that appointment, only to be taken back to a room and, I kid you not, waited over an hour for the doctor to finally come in and tell me the lab was closed. That prompted me to make a third appointment for the same issue. Two months later, I tried again to schedule another appointment, only to be told it would be three months before I could see Dr. Clark due to scheduling delays. If fast, prompt care is what you’re looking for, this Baptist location is not the place to choose — you’ll be waiting forever to be seen. With the lack of urgency they show toward their established patients, I would strongly steer clear of doing business here. There have also been other incidents at this location where “care with passion” could be called into question. This office needs a serious administrative overhaul.

I am so ecstatic about the visit that I had with Dr. Justin Clark today! He was so kind, knowledgeable and relatable. As a gay black man, it was so refreshing to have had an experience with a medical provider, especially a black man, who made it a point to be both professional AND respectful. I was dreading the appointment as I headed there but i certainly look forward to seeing him again in July! Thank you, Dr. Clark.

If I could give Dr. Clark and his team 10 stars I would! Phenomenal! Dr.Clark is so clinically knowledgeable, considerate to my needs as there were many; truly meant a lot. I felt seen and heard! You can tell he truly cares, he asked relevant questions and helped me understand what treatment protocols would be best and gave insights that made me feel safe and in good hands. I’ve never experienced such amazing treatment in my adult life. So grateful to be a patient with this facility and Baptist Health. From the front desk staff, nurse who did my vital’s and phlebotomist I truly felt cared for. Dr. Clark is personable with a great bed side manner. The office is beautiful and immaculate. Thank you all for your service!
