JR Dental at JAX Multispecialty Dental Center

I had appointments for my 3 children and myself. The staff was helpful and friendly. I appreciated that it is a multi-specialty office. An orthodontist was on-site to evaluate my daughter, and she was able to be fitted for braces during the same visit. The Hygienists and Dentists were very knowledgeable and passed along information with ease. We have definitely found our new dentist.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I have had at this location. The wait times are consistently excessive, and once I am finally seen, the staff often appears rushed. Appointments are frequently changed or double booked without consideration for the patient’s schedule or prior commitments. I have raised these concerns multiple times, yet nothing has improved, which is why I feel compelled to leave this review in hopes that my concerns will finally be addressed. On several occasions, I have arrived only to discover that my appointment had been double booked. I was specifically assured by the scheduling coordinator that this ongoing issue would no longer happen. However, today I arrived for my appointment only to experience the same problem again, despite clearly explaining that I needed to be seen on time because I have work obligations and cannot afford to be late due to scheduling and communication issues with JR Dental. At this point, I am also questioning the quality and direction of my treatment. I paid for my treatment plan in full, yet I feel as though my time and concerns are not being taken seriously. There has been a noticeable decline in the level of professionalism and organization since I first began treatment at this office. Edit: After more than a month, my issue has still not been addressed. I have left messages to no avail. I have been scheduled for appointments that were not needed if my dental issues could not be addressed properly. I am very disappointed with my treatment at this location. I have not seen the doctor 3 times this year. I may have made a poor decision when choosing this dental practice.

For years, I’ve been a loyal patient here, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a single bad experience. The staff is consistently kind, courteous, and understanding, always going above and beyond to show genuine care for their patients. It’s a place where you truly feel valued and respected.

I had an okay experience on 3/11/2026, until speaking with the lady at check out who was very argumentative with me telling me I’ve never seen Dr. Rondon at the JR Dental location because she’s currently at the sister location at Jax Multi Specialty center. I wish I had gotten her name but I can definitely recognize her face. Plus my dental records can prove who I’ve seen at either location. Both these offices has too many workers who don’t speak “good English” and need other workers who can properly help those that speak English to cut down the confusion that has even occurred many times before this experience. Honestly, thinking about finding another dental office in hopes for a better experience.
