I needed an extraction of a tooth that had started causing issue. As a new patient they were able to get me in quick. The staff and dentist were amazing! Quick and painless. Everything explained… even as he was having difficulty getting the tooth out. Constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable. Amazing experience!
Very positive experience. The practice is very respectful of your time. Everyone from the front office it all the medical staff are welcoming, friendly and very professional. They explained everything to me. Dr. Nguyen is excellent. Personable and very good. I am glad I found this practice.
Had a great experience at JR Dental office on Argyle Forest. The staff was very friendly, punctual, and respectful of my time from beginning to end. They were extremely informative and took the time to thoroughly explain what my teeth needed and why, which made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward with treatment. I really appreciated how patient and helpful everyone was throughout the visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a professional and welcoming dental office.
Staff is very courteous and helpful. I appreciate Rosa, my new hygienist who is very kind and skillful. I prefer consistency and I’ve been able to be under her care now twice in a row. I am reassured Rosa will be working at JRMC and am hopeful to continue under her care.
As a new patient I was very pleased with the expert cleaning I received from Rosa. The dentist provided comfort & valuable knowledge. I highly recommend & give 5 ⭐ stars for excellence.
